Veterinary-Specific Expertise
Our veterinarian and three veterinary support staff members are available for both home and clinic euthanasia services throughout the greater Cape Town area. Sick or injured animals can also be collected via our ambulance service for the purpose of euthanasia.
We also offer equine euthanasia, carried out with the support of our specialised veterinary vehicle. This vehicle is fully equipped with the necessary medication, safety straps for the procedure, and a powerful remote-controlled winch for efficient carcass loading. This allows for complete and immediate removal afterwards. The vehicle is also available for hire by other veterinarians.

Launching the GreenDepart Project
The GreenDepart Project is a collaborative initiative between EarthPet and Compass Medical Waste Services, established to provide an environmentally responsible and compassionate alternative to traditional pet burial practices.
Our mission is to replace harmful practices such as mass cremation and the dumping on landfills with a safer, greener, and more compassionate alternative. This approach not only reduces pollution and public health risks, but also restores dignity to the end-of-life process for beloved companion animals.
